★ ★ ★ ★ ★ शिवरायांच्या इतिहासातील कुप्रसिद्ध रांझ्याच्या पाटलाचं गाव...... छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांचा इतिहास अभ्यासायला सुरुवात केलीकी महाराजांसोबत औरंगजेब, शाहिस्तेखान आणि अफजलखान व अनेक स्वराज्याचे शत्रू पक्ष देखील आपल्या आयुष्याचे भाग होतात ,त्यात अजून एक नाव म्हणजे 'रांझे गावचा पाटील'. रांझे गावचा पाटील बाबाजी बिन भिकाजी गुजर याने एका स्त्री सोबत बदअमल केला, छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज यांनी मुजोर बाबाजी गुजर यांच्या वर खटला चालवून चौरंग केला. (चौरंग करणे म्हणजे हात पाय कलम करणे). या संदर्भाचे २८ जानेवारी १६४६ चे शिवबाराजांची मुद्रा असलेले पहिले पत्र पण मध्यंतरी उजेडात आले. महाराजांनी सोळाव्या वर्षी दिलेला हा ऐतिहासिक निवडा आज ३७२ वर्षानंतर ही एक आदर्श न्याय निवडा मनाला जातो. हा निवडा म्हणजे छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या लोककल्याणकारी स्वराज्याचे, व्यवस्थेचं एक उत्तम उदाहरण आहे. भोर तालुक्यातील पुणे सातारा महामार्गावर खेड-शिवापूर गावा पासून अवघ्या ३ की.मी. वर असलेले सह्याद्रीच्या कुशीतील छोटंसं रांझे गाव. रांझे गावात रांझेश्वराचे सुंदर मंदिर आहे पण बाहेरील बाजूने काहीशी दुरावस्था झालेली दिसते. मंदिर १६ व्या शतकातील आहे असे सांगितले जाते.मंदिरात बाहेर पाण्याचे तीन कुंड आहेत. या कुंडामधील पाणी वेगवेगळ्या गोष्टीसाठी वापरण्यात येत असे, जसे पहिल्या कुंडामधील देवतेच्या पूजनासाठी आणि बाकी दोन स्नान आणि इतर गोष्टींसाठी.
मंदिराशेजारील वरच्या बाजूस रांझेकरांचा वाडा आहे. वाड्याची अवस्था फारच खराब आहे. वाड्यामध्ये सुंदर असे लक्ष्मी-नारायण मंदिर आहे. वाड्यामध्ये ३ मोठे तळघर असल्याचे सांगितले जाते.
