★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this PAN parlour to buy lime tube. We add lime in our daily food. Calcium is very essential mineral for body. The requirement is about size of an average whole moong per person. So we add it in sabji or daal daily. The calcium tablets available are many time not digestive. Moreover, it is derived from hard shells in river, pond, sea. The calcium is not in natural form, like in lime, which is pure natural form. Calcium act as a catalyst in many body chemical function. It prevents ostrioporisys.
So i bought calcium tube, costing Re.1 only. I gave Rs.10 note. The shop owner returned Rs.9 change. A rare quality found in such shops. Very friendly and helpful.
