★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for utensils, but if you are planning to buy electronic appliances ,I would not recommend , i have been given a demo of one specification (it has digital pannel) but since the product is sold was from another brand , it has no digital pannel, for selling the item they put lot of effort and finally sold , but I was not satisfied when I opened the product. Now we know that once get any product from retail store , you can't replace it because latter you realise the functionality is as not expected, so I have to keep it.
Of course you sold your product successfully, kudos to that, but you have also created an unsatisfied customer..
Also while selling the product i told them that I have a bike how can I take back it home, they told me that we will help you to properly tie at the back, but once sold they said, i will give you thread you tie how ever you want, or keep it front and drive. While bringing the appliance till the home I was too much dissatisfied with their such a behavior...
Tip for the seller : 1. if customer is willing to think for buying it is not always good to sell him then and there
2.Sometimes people don't buy the things because they have requirement, they are trying to buy the happiness, don't ever ruin the happiness of any customer , it is dangerous.
3. It is more important not to create a dissatisfied customer than to close the sell as early.
4. Most important, when you insist for cash rather than electronic payment method, or when you say there would be extra charges for electronic payments, or then the product would be costlier... This is another one of the moment when customer starts generating negativity.
5 specifically tell the price whether it is with gst or without gst, don't tell this when customer is about to pay and asks you for payment options
