★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the RO purifier fixed last month and the person did not give the Pre filter spanner which comes along.
After constant follow up... I am being told to travel 8 kms to the shop and take the spanner myself.
The product is incompletely installed and then the customer is expected to spend another 200 bucks worth of petrol for a spanner less than 100 bucks worth.
Pethetic service and attitude.
