★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazeez has their own recipe and own way to make roll, tastes are unique, prices are reasonable, one of the good startup in west bengal, local people like the taste. Unfortunately I would like to share few mistakes and arrogances of the management.
Last year when they started their counter at Malda then local people crowded here for orders waited long for food but unfortunately they haven't improved they system of deliver food, they had taken fir granted that people will be waited and continued same way.
Their overconfidence brought their business down, today hardly they have enough orders, same restaurants, same recipes, same management, but list their morethan 80% customers.
Nonprofessional attitude brought it here.
As a Bengali I love to see these new business grow fast and bigger. We need to improve out quality of management and conitine to improve it.
Hope they will attract their customers again as before. I still go to lazeez and get my roll collected, by the way my dauther likes their food.. Its yammy on her words...
As a food lover I can't suggest how to cook, but I can suggest how to serve.
People do care about two properties regarding food, 1st is quality of food and 2nd is service that provided by the restaurant. Way of supplying the food gives importance to the guest, gives them importance that they love their presence and love to serve them.
Hope as a customer we get these importance. Hope that lazeez business become more successful and flourish it to next level.
