★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just now I have a very bad experience, I had made online fee payment to pay my daughters fee amounting Rs.4180/- it was deducted from my HDFC account, but it has not gone to the school account..... I am truly panicked where the money has gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have paid our property tax using Citrus pay on 7th Feb 2015.
We got an email from Citrus pay saying that payment is successful, but unfortunately
the payment is not reflecting in our property tax account.
I dont know where the money has gone, it went from my credit card.
We wrote to Citrus pay's Support, all we get is a ticket number, and they said its resolved.
but nothing was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment deducted from the account ticket not even booked. Tried calling on the number, but it never gets connected. Emails are slso been sent but no response. The biggest worst part is that the address provided on the website is not the correct address. It is in the residential building. When confirmed with the watchman he was also not aware of any offices like this. IT NOTHING BUT A SHELL COMPANY I FEEL.

And there technical was so so bad they cant find a simple solution of error.
If u Raise ANy Query here they worslty followback in a month.
All Working in this worst company is exactly by name. i.e Lazy.Team are very very Lazy
For New Merchant Please Dont Register In Payu money.THey Dont Give ANy Proper Service.
LazyPay Keep it us with Laziness...................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why Pay U is dealing with Fraud Merchant Companies are you guys unknown or doing intentionally . I tried Calling MOBSPOTBOX as order did not reach in 5 days, they are saying order got cancelled and said amount will be refunded . later they said we can only refund order through Google Pay or Bhim but not through Pay U transaction id 168514 dated 30.07.20 of Rs. 2499
