It is currently led by Mr. Simon John, his brother Francis John and their team of eminent directors. The company is a pioneer in the ice cream industry in South India. The first factory was started in Kochi and today has over 28 factories spread across South India. The 22 factories put together has a production capacity that is among the top 5 in the country. The company has also started overseas operations in parts of Middle East and Africa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A manufacturing unit. Clean and tidy. Good response for industrial visits for students. We had once visited this place for industrial visit. We got good response from the manager and also from the workers there. They were so kind. The place was neat and there was no bad smell even though it is a ice cream manufacturing unit. Each and every process was explained to us very well by one of the experienced worker who had worked there for many years. We even got ice creams to eat there they were good in taste and even we were allowed to enter the cold storage room that was very cool. Totally we enjoyed a lot in lazza ice creams factory. The place was neat and there was no bad smell even though it is a ice cream manufacturing unit. Each and every process was explained to us very well by one of the experienced worker who had worked there for many years.
