Very bad food and 0 customer service…
If they cannot provide proper hospitality then it should be shut off ! ? there were flies ? … very unhygienic ambience ? AC wasn’t working in the month of April when temperatures outside are 40 deg celsius.. we ordered Veg Kofta and the kofta was so hard… the manager apologised and offered to change the dish but it took so long that we were done eating… ???
Ruined the day with such a bad hospitality even when we pay them heavily ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, yesterday ordered medu wada sambhar*2 and idli sambhar*1 from swiggy aap but received 1 plate sambhar with idli .The medu wada had gone BAD, and was also smelling wierd. My son had already taken a bite from it though. We realized when we took a bite & smell it.
Got number of lb's kitchen from swiggy and called many times but they didn't respond.
Swiggy initiated the issue and refund 24/- only.
