★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service. Unreliable company. Instead of rectifying my problem they ruined my screen. Now the owner sez the technician has left the company and is not taking responsibility of the mistake. Please order your technician from urban clap as they are cheaper and have a warranty of the service. Urban clap charges 250 for the visit and these uneducated peasants charged me a wooping 400 for spoiling my screen. Awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them to repair my tv. They quoted an absurd amount of money, without even seeing the television at first. Completely unprofessional and reluctant to help with issues that persist even after servicing. Deifinitely would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. He charged us INR 4000 for repairing our TV. Just after he left, we tried turning on the TV and it is not working. He did not receive multiple calls of ours and finally when he did, he started screaming saying get ur tv to my centre,I will see it then
I am horrified with the services and would genuinely recommend not using their service

Gave a faulty part and charged high. So, TV stopped working again within a day.
It was apparently within warranty. Tried calling him. Switched off the phone/ Blocked my number and stopped taking calls.
