2)Managers are very supportive.
3)Also Leave Policy of the company is good .There was an emergency came in my family and I suddenly took 10 days leave in first six months of my job but company did not deduct my salary.
4)Management of the company is good and employees can easily convey their problems.
5)Good Opportnity for both freshers and Experienced

I’m working for this company since last 2.6 years and this is my first company.

1.The environment and the work culture here is very good.
2. I've been provided all the required training before moving to the new project.
3.The managers here are very supportive.
4.This company conduct review and suggestions from all the employees from time to time to improve and fill in any gaps in process.
5.This Company have customers mainly from Caribbean Islands and mainly deal with Government projects.
6.I know many cases where persons get several perks like good salary hike and bonuses.
So my overall experience with this company has been very good and so far didn’t find any cons with it. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
