β β β β β Extremely unprofessional behavior. They sat on an order for 2 hours with the excuse that they lost my contact number! This when all calls are received on a mobile...and did not have the decency to apologize either. They offer world class items and 3rd class service. Will think a dozen times before ordering from this pathetically serviced place. Not that they seem to care..especially their staff.

β β β β β Le Marche is one of the best places to get international food products in Delhi. It is a well organised shop with sauces, snacks, teas, coffee, baking, aerials in general most packet food stuff down stairs in the basement.
Liquor chocolate and bakery on the ground floor.
House hold goods cleaning ECT on the 1st Floor
Fresh fruit, veg meats ECT on the top floor.
The service is a mix of very helpful and very unhelpful some good staff and some whom don't give a stuff.
It is very expensive you are paying for convenience and the fruit and veg you can get much fresher elsewhere for a faction of the cost.

β β β β β A very vibrant and picturesque place, lot of sunlight gives a positivity to the ambiance. A perfect place to have a sip with your closed ones. The food is very tasty. One should not skip the sandwiches. The staff is very polite and helpful. Will definitely revisit. If fed up with CCD or barista go for this place as it's pocket friendly as well.

β β β β β I have been coming to Le Marche VV for 5 years, this being the most accessible in my neighborhood. However, the service and staff courtsey has deteriorated and definitely hit rock bottom over the last couple of years. Even when the pandemic started, it was a pleasant change to see the staff being polite and friendly but that not surprisingly lasted only a month. Every time I visited Le Marche over the past months, there has been a fight or an argument between the staff and a customer. The staff has bad attitude, arrogance, are impatient (especially the ones in the basement) who pretend they haven't heard you even if u ask them nicely, they will delegate their own work to you. You may get a standing courteous hello if you are a foreigner, something i witnessed myself, but the other times the staff is lazy, clueless about their own products, angry and arrogant. A complete disappointment and failure.

β β β β β The store has practically everything for day to day uses. It has 3 floors and a basement with the stock being constantly replenished and delivery also available.

β β β β β Store is quite ok, but I bought a pack of mix latteuce it was horrible from inside. Many of the letteuce leaves were stinking and got decomposed and even found a insect inside it.

β β β β β The grocery section is amazing but the cold foods section left me wanting for more. The branch in South Point Mall Gurgaon has to be the best in terms of cold cuts and frozen food section.
