★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leader Automobile Phulwarisharif is in a good place and the staff behavier,management,here was so good that I went here. Had visited I liked it and everything is quite flighty. Those people deal and whatever my situation, that Jesus too was resolved very soon. Mr. Gautam Kumar, who is the service manager ahead of my show, he also treated me very well with a lot of support, so I felt very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are rude, takes too much time to tell the cause of problem for engine heating, no in-house facility for radiator cleaning, two days required for radiator related issues( which generally is 1hr to 2hr task) servicing time is usually too high (not because of time taking tast but staffs are lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was little apprehensive about the workshop as I have not visited the workshop. But after visit I found the technician and supervisors good at their work. The place is clean which I found very good. The customer lounge chairs are of steel and for better comfort sofa could be placed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciation is a wonderful thing. And if you are happy with something than you should always appreciate it. Leader Automobiles is the best dealer in Bihar for servicing. I have been customer of Mahindra & Mahindra from around 23 years. But I have never seen a service provider like them. Especially the service manager gautam ji and service advisor ananya ji. They all are so much polite in nature and ground to earth person. Always ready to help in your all query. And always suggest the best possible way to resolve your issue. Thankyou so much. You all totally deserve 5 star. I appreciate the effort you put in your work! Keep it up!
