★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard good reviews about LeadSquared as I had a friend who worked here earlier. I found a opening on LinkedIn and applied through company portal, but I din receive a response(apart from the confirmation email). Then I tried pinging 2 of your HR’s on LinkedIn one never bothered responding and the other HR replied with her email address to send over my CV. It is been over a week now I have not received a response even if she has received my CV. I tried calling the office number. Security says he does not have any direct number of the HR’s and “if the HR calls the office landline he will pass on the message else no” on LinkedIn they read my messages and have time to change their display pictures and post about the job openings (which I applied for), But Does not have a courtesy to respond if they have received my CV, is my CV relevant to the job opening etc etc. I found this ridiculous because the HR’s really don’t care about a individual not sure how it is going to be for your employees. but anyhow their are openings with lot of firms I chose to apply in yours because of the feedback. But I doubt my friend was right with the experience I had so far. No one takes the ownership nor has the courtesy to respond. Good luck with your endeavours.
