Advice to Management
There is a need to end the thinking that more hours mean more work. Employees shouldn't be encouraged to work after hours and on weekends. Plant save should be done on the basis of improvements and not by cutting the expenses on absolute necessities like food, transport, employee culture, sports, and improvements. The top management must work to build trust, teamwork, and coordination among all employees through sports, outings and other employee get together programs. This would help create a better working environment. And last but not the least, the top management should push towards improvements and kaizen activities.
