• ZITAI 420 TON - 2 Nos.: Closed Loop Machine with Auto Ladle, Auto Sprayer & Auto Extractor, Multiplier Unit with Excess Shot Pressure.
• ZITAI 250 TON - 3 Nos.: Closed Loop Machine with Auto Ladle, Auto Sprayer & Auto Extractor, Multiplier Unit with Excess Shot Pressure.

Centralised Aluminium Melting Division:

Inorder to have a contineous flow of controlled temperature of molten aluminium to different die casting machines the company has installed following high capacity melting furnaces and metal transfer laddles

• Skelnar Furnace – 1 Nos.
• Forklift with Tilting Attachement for pouring alloy – 1 Nos.

Holding Furnaces:

All the diecasting machines have holding furnaces with auto temperature controlling systems

Packing And Dispatch Division:

Inorder to achieve contineous flow of daily schedules and cater certain high quantity urgent orders following conveyorized systems are installed
