★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer at lee cooper however customer service at every visit is deteriorating. I purchased a pair of jeans today and had given it for alteration, store made a mistake with the length and even after cross checking records their salesman KARAN was not ready to accept it and said “itna toh chalta hai”. Very unprofessional and rude attitude, while i was talking to him he just started walking away. Very disappointing experience. Wanted to buy another item but because of this pathetic behaviour we dropped the idea.
