I didn't expect this from Toyota dealer Rajahmundry. During 2019 Diwali I was travelling from Vishakhapatnam to Kakinada on the new National Highway Kakinada Bypass unfortunately due to some technical issues my car broke down, after a long wait a towing truck came and took the car (I still remember this scene because I made multiple calls about the status of the towing truck). Repair took place in Rajahmundry Toyota service station everything was fine until here. Car came back in good condition. Recently due to recent monsoons in 2020 again unfortunately my car was stuck in some mud zone with the help of local’s car was moved from the mud. Then as per regular service car was taken to Visakhapatnam Toyota service station and were told car will be delivered by 3:00PM so my parents waited in the showroom here comes the issue, when the technician took the car and started servicing HE REALISED THE BOTTOM METAL PLATE WAS MISSING and the mud during the recent issue was stuck in the entire lover part of the body. Firstly, we were shocked to hear that and then recollected the 2W’s: Where & Who could it be? We, thought of all options and then concluded only 1 place it would have happened. Because it was a metal plate that cover the lover part of the car I guess it should be a heavy it so it’s definitely not near my house. Then recollected where was it last time been serviced and it happened to be Toyota service station Rajahmundry. As a customer it was my mistake during collection I didn’t check the bottom and I just drove the car back to Vishakhapatnam and gave feedback that the condition was good. Well, I thought my car was serviced and put back to normal but indeed a part from my car went missing by the time me nor my parents who are using the car realized it was 1 year after the situation. So I suggest not only at this service station it can be in anywhere so please take care to inspect your car thoroughly inside out before and after. Don’t be a victim like me that you can’t ask back nor blame after 1year for the happened issue but it’s definitely at Rajahmundry Toyota service station I guarantee that.

I had very good experience with the way they prioritize and resolve the issues . I would strongly recommend to reach out Mr.Sanjeev who is customer friendly ,attentive and responsible . I never expected such approach/behavior in B Grade Towns(Rajahmundry) where he handles customer with great respect,attention and passion .
