This flates are near by the main road so transportation is eaay.
Well it is located in very hi-fi area so all people are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartments in the city. Close to Himalya mall. Just on walkable distance, park and ground for daily running. I have finished 10K running marathon inside home in the society. Good place for the family. For movie lovers MAXUS CINEMA is in Himalya mall. Victory park(One of best attraction in Bhavnagar) just 800m from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments in Iscon City. I lived here for three years. The location is very good. However over the years the quality of the building and campus has deteriorated. They are not maintaining it as it should be. The building requires whitewash and proper maintenance should be done of this lovely building.
