β β β β β Location itself is good but too far from city, although they claim that there is gonna be new developments nearby, but still, it's too far... Rates of the property are meaningless as they are way higher than similar size furnished flats in comparatively better areas... Could be considered a good compromise if rates are way lower than their current expectations...
