I am a real estate consultant and visited here with one of my client who had availed services from here. When we visited the receptionist askes to wait, which is alright and agreeable, but later we met assistant of Mr. Lunkad ,U think the case was assigned to sole assistant who had no idea about the property purchase case for which my client had taken service. This is also OK that he must not be aware we had discussiin and briefed him about the transaction and told him to prepare the draft of sale deed. On day of sale deed a new representatives contact details were given and told to us that this person will assist. when we reached registrar office we called that person who was supposed to be there to assist us but that representative asked us to call his colleague who is at registrar office. Somehow we met the person and signed the documents. We had already informed that we will be requiring the registered document asap as tge seller of property had to go back to Mumbai .But we kept asking the representative to expedite the process to get the documents vut he was in no hurry and not in condition to understand the urgency. Some how after pushing him a lot and after we only suggested him that how we can get the document he spoke to the registrar office person and said what we suggested him we got the registered document after a hour which was OK for us. But after that the representative said he will not give the document to the client as he is not aware that fee is paid or not... we showed him the transaction receipts and told him that we need documents as we have to go to Yerwada to get the banking work done so that the seller can leave for Mumbai. But he in a way misbehaved and said that we will have to go to his office to collect the document. The purpose of writing all this story is these people don't have understanding of client requirement, urgency etc... They are established and have a big client base and they don't care for client. Overall the drafting of document was also normal which any other advocate will do for u at 75% Lower cost and will attend u personally, will assist u.... Will resolve your query. Mr. Janak Lunkad I didn't get chance to meet u in person and this is review not for u as a person but this is experience of your firm from a clients point of view. Your office is nicely done, neat ,clean and beautiful. Missing thing is personal touch and care which client will always look for.
