Tag line is Nothing on time.
Construction quality is very bad.
Low cost material used.
In 6 months after possession seepage in walls
Cracks in walls.
After registration builder doesn’t meets you at all
They never send you any update
They lie very easily as nothing happens.
They don’t even follow Rera guidelines dates.
They don’t pay anything if Rera date is crossed. I am example of this.
Quality of Doors used are very low.
They keep postponing things.
They choose vendor with lowest quality
If you had purchased already n rera date is passed come and live in builders office or ask them to provide home else dont leave from there.
They have done phd in speaking of lie this from office boy to builder all.
They promised to provide water filter in kitchen but didn’t gave yet.
They promised for videos door bell but not given yet.
They promised to fix on top floor anti reflective tiles because they lied to all top floor people of 13 floor but stopped on 11, but even after given possession its not done yet its 1year now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very Late possession B3 Building- almost 2.3 Years even RERA Date also crossed from 2 years. NO proper compensation given by Builder as Per RERA rule, Already filed Complaint at MAHA RERA against Builder.
2. Building Quality - Very poor work even after 9 months-of possession of B3 Building still not complete inside & outside both.
No Door , window, floor tiles fixed properly . Within 2 months wall getting cracked , seepage & painting issue. There is no proper management to address these concerns even Society residents discussed these concerns several time with Mr. Ruchin Gupta (Director of Lesiure Town). They give very lame excuses and don't do pending work.
If you are planning to book flat here , first come and meet anyone in B3 Building for ground reality and then take decisions.

24 Hours water supply.
No electricity issue as of now.
Security is also good.
Has good connectivity.
Cons:
Construction process is very slow.

I'm sure this will look even better after completion of project such a big size swimming pool the best thing about the project is that that have help full staf and team. Got a good deal and service.
