I visited showroom on 9th Oct and laptop model which I wanted was not available. Staff has made it available on 12th Oct and called me. ALSO they gave me good DEAL,accessories right on time along with warranty.

Buying was good, but support was not up to the mark. I had requested to ship the laptop to Absolute IT, Nashik. While buying he said, yes that is possible. He even discussed with the transporter with some charges to be paid. Even after accepting the charges, I personally delivered parcel to the courier office, paid discussed charges, next day courier guy started demanding additional charges, even Mr. Narendra turned his back and after confronting him, he said we don't care such things. When company is having branch in Nashik, why they cannot support in transporting the laptop? Or Mr. Narendra could have suggested me to buy from Absolute IT Nashik.
