I was told that I'll get my device fixed within 3-4 days. Instead, I got my laptop back after 8 days, after calling them multiple times. Each time I called I was told that I'll get the laptop "tomorrow". When I finally did go to collect my laptop, they said that I'll have to wait for a long time to get the physical copy of the bill and instead they can send me a soft copy via both mail and whatsapp which they did not.
