★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I received my new laptop as a replacement from the store today.
Extremely horrible service!!!! I swear to never buy any product from Lenovo anymore. At least not from this store. I urge you to do the same. I was researching to buy a laptop since a long time and even visited other Lenovo stores to get information. Since I needed the laptop urgently, I went to the Bandra store and immediately booked my laptop. When my laptop was ready, the person in charge told me that I can activate Microsoft Office by creating a new Hotmail id once I reach home. I did the same thing as he said but the office didn't get activated. First of all a new laptop should come equipped with everything included. The customer is not in charge of doing any configuration. I had to go to the store again inspite of my busy schedule to ask them about this. They decided to keep the laptop in the store and check the issue. Since then till today (2 weeks and counting) the laptop is in the store. Almost everyday I have been calling them to enquire about the laptop but I receive the same response that Microsoft is facing technical issues and is working on it. You will receive it within a week. I don't understand how a "new" laptop can have so many issues!!! Either the piece was defective or they're making a fool out of the customer. The worst that could happen is that I called customer service and they said we can't help you because you bought the laptop from the "store" and not from the website???? It's an official Lenovo store not a duplicate product from a second hand Store!! I have been contacting them everyday but it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my "new" laptop with me which I required urgently for my work. Worst company ever ???
