I purchased a lappy from this store like 5 months back and there was a problem with slowing of my lappy, i went to the store and asked for solution, first they said 2 me u have virus in your lappy but i was using mcaffe antivirus full version so they said 2 me that u must purchase quickheal antivirus from us which is better than mcaffe according to them but i refused and then they said 2 me give me your lappy we will format it and the problem will solve and they asked me to pay rs500 for that i said my laptop is in onsite warranty of 3 years why should i pay you RS. 500 then said 2 me then you should contact customer care and ask them they will also charge you. Then i simply said that will u provide me the bill of rs500 they simply said NO that this thing has nothing to do with bill. I was soo frustated that i am facing this kind of problem with my 2nd lappy purchase from lenovo . After coming home i call customer care they support me alot and i got my problem fixed. So plsss dont buy from this store, they jusy try to make money.

Also I think that I had found the best deal for my laptop.
The store is easily accessible from traffic also.
If you are planning to buy a laptop, I'll definitely recommend this place or I say if you planning to buy a Lenovo laptop surely the best place

I went there to buy another laptop and they behaved very rudely. Never going here again. Pathetic store.

It is not sure that you will be given brand new laptop or display vaala laptop. When u will tell them about the problem they will tell to connect with lenovo official technical support where from u will solutions but It will take lots of time. To samajhdaari issi me hai, is store pr hi na... Jaye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not even worth zero star when it comes to their work. Did the biggest of my life purchasing a lenovo laptop from Kavya Infosolutions( now advanced Infosolutions) and since then, I am calling lenovo support for all sorts of problem I am facing.
The day I purchased the laptop , it was problematic and the staff is pathetic.
Mr. Ramesh will give you N number is excuses but don’t fall in trap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I have stayed for more than 8 hours at the store and got nothing in return.
Finally after 2 years, when I told them I’ll be lodging a consumer complaint for harassment, I have got things sorted at my end. AVOID this lenovo store
