★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old aged parents during this corona time visited this shop and bought a Lenovo laptop based on their recommendation (Celeron processor and 4gb ram which is trash) since they were known to us for more than 20 years for 25k which is selling for 23990 with a 1500 discount from bank cards in Amazon so essentially 22490, Well for knowing these guys for that long, they were not even considerate in supporting to take back simply because the seal was opened from a laptop box (although we offered to take a hit on price) as my parents were innocent to check if the laptop has intel sticker. It was not powered on though and they were told that the ram could be increased, when we went back they wouldn’t take it back and moreover informed us later that the Ram could not be upgraded as it was built in. Moreover we also found that the warranty started 10 days prior to them selling it to us. This is the price we had to pay while considering to give our people the business. This is why people choose online over these shops just like choosing Ola over Auto Rickshaws. It was our mistake at the end of the day but are we this inconsiderate just to do business. In fact I had offered to buy a 75k laptop in return for this, but I will choose carefully next time.
