- Teams working in silos. No two teams have any kind of contact, and every time you contact some one you get 'relevant team is working on it'. Worst part is, every time I asked a question which they are not expecting I was met with total silence. Be it phone or mail, I got same response
- Total promises made by Lenovo team - 6. Total promises kept 0. The promises are made by different people including one from Executive Director, Services
- Total mails sent by me - 40+. Number of responses received 10
- Total questions asked by me - 3. Number of answers I received 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fast but not reliable. I gave my Laptop for display cable Change, well they changed it in one day but in return my wifi Bluetooth card stopped working. I don't know what they did, because wifi Bluetooth were working fine until I gave them my Laptop. So maybe it's their fault or maybe it's my fault. The thing is that they should have checked thoroughly if they open the whole laptop for repairing.
