β β β β β I am overwhelmed with the response and service of the customer desk manager and the manager is very polite in sense of customerβs response. I have noticed a customer was very arrogant while I visited for my laptop service, the manager tried to make him understand but he wasnβt listening and If would have been in managerβs place I would have lost patience but he didnβt.
About my service experience, my case was lodged and closed with a week with full satisfaction.
