★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not active and looks lazy kind of environment, not satisfied with work speed. i had my phone in warranty and today 2 weeks passed but i didn't get the new phone (as they committed to provide a new phone), why the replaced phone delivery is so so slow??

Be careful to buy lenovo and motorola mobiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nonsense staff. Without seeing phone say it will be repaired till tomorrow. Without checking any problem say it has at least 250rs service charge for checking. Not having a manner of talking. I haven't seen such a wrost person in any service center. Uneducated. rude person. Please do not visit this service center for mobile repairing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i ever had . These guys will not listen to you and Will try only to loot you. Beware of this Center. And they also Not Responsive at all . Poor and 3 rd class Service and 3rd Class Cheap Staff. I hope Lenovy will take action against them. Lenovo and Motorola had done biggest mistake by giving tender to these 3rd Class people.

The staff is good. Communication is very well but the process they follow is time consuming.
It took 1.5 hr for me to just change my data cable.
I don't know why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so rude and uncooperative, as i gave my phone for checkup and when i got it back i realized that my SD card is missing ??for which i am sure that it was attached in the phone before it's given for checkup.
No worries anymore, but i will not recommend any other customer to fall in the trap of these bad guys.
