★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called them before going to the center. My laptop had a loose hinge.
Reached there and the person sitting at the counter tried fixing on his own. Later tells me to wait. I waited for an hour and on asking, the person at the counter says "Sir, the technician is not coming today". If the technician was not there , why was the person sitting at counter fixing my computer? Why he didn't tell the same thing on phone or an hour before.
He had no answers. Total waste of time and energy.
When I took laptop to local repair center. The repair guy asked me "Sir, did you touch it or someone else". Since I did not touch the internal parts, only the person from this store had opened and messed up other things.
Totally unprofessional work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Lenovo laptop here for fully paid service. Was given no official diagnostic report, just a verbal description of the (unresolved) problem, with the full payment. This caused much confusion later on when I had to take the laptop to another authorized service location for fixing the issue.
Worse still, when the other service centre guys opened the laptop, internal parts hadn't been serviced or cleaned at all, unlike what was promised at the time of booking the service at the Noida centre. Plain cheating! Highly unprofessionall!!
