★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars to the workers. They are very good, helpful and customer friendly. But there is a person who I assume is the boss or head. He is downright rude. Morning I have seen him talking to a male customer nicely but evening when i went back to collect the laptop and asked them about the charges price breakup, he behaved with the utmost disrespect. His answer was " you know what it's free if you can do it in your home, no need to give it for service".
So is that how a person working in the services behave? So a customer cannot even ask the details, especially being rude to a woman!
Raising your voice or answering something in the threatening tone. Yeah good work in intimidating a woman.
Like you said mister it's free if i can do it at home, but lemme tell you something it's not okay for a customer service person to shout at someone. You can prefer some other profession where yelling and shouting works.

Worst experience ever. On 26th June I visited this service center and I heard a few good reviews and few bad one's. I don't know what happened with my laptop, I just gave it to them and they said it'd take two to three days to know exactly what the issue was. My laptop's hinge was damage a bit so he said that he had to repair the hinge and charging pin and for that he said he'll charge 3k whether the laptop issue resolved or not we had to bear 3k. We returned to our home town and after three days we made a call and heard that it takes another days. And he postponed that for the next 7 days and then without repairing hinges and charging pin he said that mother board was burned. If it's the case of mother board, earlier he said he has to repair hinge and charging pin now without repairing he said it's mother board issue. And he suggested to replace mother board and for that he charged 15k I don't know it's actual cost. And we decided not to replace the mother board and we asked him to return it. As we are unavailable to bring the lappy so we asked our friends to receive it and for that that knuckle head asked Aadhar Xerox I don't know who the hell on earth would ask Aadhar for a lappy return. Is this a service center or a bank asking for Aadhar proof. Finally my cousin went there and whoever working in the service center sat for lunch all at a time that too at 3 in the afternoon. At least one person should be there at the reception desk for customers.
I suggest whoever saw this review please lookout for other service center. I saw few reviews saying customer friendly and few other freaking good points I don't know who it is, it's quite opposite happening there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no use of going to this service center. All they do is timepass. They keep your system for months. I went for a blue screen issue. They have taken so many days yet no solution. They just kept my lappi aside. I asked them to return my laptop. They have took 2weeks to search and return my laptop. The lady in reception is to irresponsible. She will make you visit number of times and her behavior is worst. Your time and money is completely waste. My suggestion just stay away from this service center if you want your laptop to be safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave lenovo laptop for service, it was not switching on. They took ten days to repair and spent Rs4200/-.
Seems they are repairing through third party.
Due to language problem some misunderstanding happened, otherwise staffs are in good behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think it's a service center, a service center should sell it's genuine parts right but this center tied up with other shop beside it and selling the genuine parts for extra money. This is one of illegal activities. I think Lenovo should take look into it.
