★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed...there is no system. Never thought that a company like Lenovo will catter their customer such an unprofessional manner. Just a small issue with my laptop but took more than 2 weeks and still not sure when I will get back the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service center ever I seen in my life. I went there on 31 August for battery replacement. They replaced it with local battery (brand named "lapcare") with Lenovo original price ₹2750. When I contacted them, they replied that Lenovo don't manufacture battery itself, it uses battery of other companies and so on.. they tried to defend his mistake but all failed.
In one word I can say they are cheater and if you are having to go there be conscious....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am facing one service issue, carried my big desktop to get it fixed, they suggested they will callback and provide assistance. But, neither they are calling nor even picking up call. Simply they ignore. Really frustrating with this behaviour. Total unprofessional behaviour
