★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to repair my laptop (minor keyboard issue) which was under warranty with Bill. For almost 35-40 days my laptop remained there with no work done on it. I would call everyday and they would just ask me to take it back. Fed up of their service, I called up Lenovo Customer Care on their helpline number and they sent a technician at home to replace my keyboard. The entire job was done in exactly 20 mins in front of me. I would never recommend Mays Computer to anyone. They just waste your time, rather call up the Lenovo Centre and your work gets done in minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. But need to do a lot of follow-ups, Not able to track e-mails received and also poor response to requests on mail Have to go to the centre to get response. I asked for a Charger availability and cost. Got 1 response that they will check the availability after 2 weeks since presently not available. After contacting after 2 weeks very rude behavior by receptionist.

It took 10 days to get it repaired but I was timely updated on every stage as the issue was identified, parts were ordered and received and laptop was fixed and ready for pickup.
It's not about how big the store is, it's about knowledgeable engineers, dedication in effectively resolving the customer's issue.
Happy with the service and would highly recommend.
