Very pleased with the quality of spectacles and customer service at this optical shop. The optician & staff provided great advice on what was suitable for my requirements. Wearing the new specs one month in, and it has been great. No adjustments were needed and is very comfortable. The after-purchase follow up and care is recommendable. Keep doing this! I also like the fact that the prices are within reasonable range compared to other shops around the vicinity.

This had been specially helpful during the pandemic when I didn't want to step out from home yet had to get glasses made for almost my entire family! They tirelessly have brought me all the options to choose from and delivered so promptly!
