★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic store and service. They didn't even tell me about the different types of available lenses and gave me a higher diameter and curvature lens which did not fit my eyes. I had to return the product and they said no refund as per policy only store credit. I ordered new lenses from another store and now instead of cancellation of the wrong order, they cancelled my new, correct order of lenses and now I have a function tomorrow and I am left with no lenses at all and waste of 2000 Rs. They as so in haste and do not check the details properly. I recommend nobody visit this store, check other lenskart stores in the city but a no no to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience. Today i was my dad and my brother went for glass and we arrived at 9:05 pm but I was not allowed to go in. There were only 2 customers inside. I requested and said make the bill tomorrow. But she started misbehaving. I requested. Recently i was made 2 pairs of glasses. My father and brother are working, so they are not available in day i was requested for the number check and choose frem and billing Tomorrow but mam was behave very rudly and misbehave they don't know how to treat customer and every customer is important but it was not good hoping next time you take care of it and 9:15 there are only one customer in store but still they don't attend us...

Giving five star only for Miss Maria's good behaviour and knowledge . However there was other girl senior to her was very rude to her. If you visit this store, contact Miss Maria. You won't get disappointed.
