Ordered wrong prescription glasses by stores salesman, then tried to cover up the mistake when issue was raised... stating that when glasses are received they will get it replaced within days manually. After a week I am being informed the frame is not available and I will have to cancel and reorder alternate frame. After nearly running around them 5 times and calling multiple times, I am struggling to cancel order and get refund out of them including gold membership fees paid. If I call online call centre they ask us to contact stores and stores ask us to contact online call centre...please avoid this stores full of unprofessional people....
