★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place along with my aged parents to get frames with progressive lens for both of them. I was really impressed with their customer obsession and the care the staff was displaying. They were patiently responding to all the questions that my parents had. In addition, the optometrists were highly qualified and helped both my parents throughout the eye checkup process very calmly. The manager was equally helpful and reachable. No wonder, it was full of crowd even during the off hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. They have only 2 staff for showing glasses , they not get time to show glasses to you and explain all stuff . Frames are good but their Lens company quality not good and costly also ?. Buy good quality glasses for perfect vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was confuse selecting from online and hence decide to visit the Lenskart store near my house at Jodhpur Corsa road. After having shockingly pathetic experience at that store I finally decided to visit CG Road store.
C G Road Store : Mr Pushpendra Sharma and his team made my experience memorable. They not only helped me to choose patiently and explained the technicality but also helped me beyond my satisfaction.
Further, Pushpendra helped me in returning the product which I was not happy with post purchase. He also helped me in getting other product selected and satisfied me by demonstrating his keen interest to satisfy customer beyond obvious.
Kudos to C G Road Team ! Keep Rocking ?

Staff is really very polite & helpful.
Great experience with Mr.Avesh. He help me for choose glasses & give some advise also. I tried almost 13+ glasses but he is really very polite with me. & Mr.Pinak is really very knowledgeable person.He help me for benifit about the glasses & it's really appreciated.
Even I had eye check up also & comfortable for this.
1 star less bcz of Verity of glasses we need more options.
So all over my experience is good enough ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit at store nobody is there to entertain the customer i was looking my self nobody is interested to attend the customer i was there approx more than 25 min in the store but not a single person ask anything to me when i ask them about colour options the staff behaviour is so rude and violent personally my experience is very bad if it's possible don't visit at this store very poor response from staff members and showing to much attitude to me
