★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service. The store has mannerless employees. The store keeper Rahul Ravat tells customer that please wait, now I don't have mood to give you service and if you want you can come tomorrow morning. I'll do only billing process and not have time to even answer you.
I don't understand how brands like Lenskart can hire such staff? Don't they interview people before hiring? Or the company has no standard.
Would never recommend anyone to go for a purchase to Lenskart.
If companies like this can not give customer service, should clear mention outside the store that Don't expect anything from us, we are here to take money only like their employee Rahul Ravat say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at Alfa Mall Ahmedabad, was that it needed some more space and sitting area, it was cramped.
The store seems to not have the latest inventory of frames or the frames they displayed did not appeal.
This time at Lenscart store did not feel that stocks were new.
The items dispatched were faulty and one of the frame was missing the screw.
The courier company being used is a local unprofessional one where they send you message that out for delivery but will visit you may be on next to next day after that message.
The solution delivery was very good by Bluedart, right as informed.
The experience with the return and refund process was though was very good and hassle feee. Would give that a top rating of 10.
