β β β β β Worst service that I ever got in a shop!..i wanted to return my order because of yellow tinted lenses...they were rude when I told them to refund .... moreover they gave me false information of my questions eg . They told me that my 14 day return period is over .but when I checked on app ...there were 2 days left...this is just one example of their false claims...they made it incredibly difficult to even return my eyeglasses

β β β β β Service is good and got the glasses to IRELAND with in 3 weeks. Before ordering I confirmed that they provide itemised bill for my insurance provider so that I can file a claim. Apparently their customer care cannot keep the promise and deliver a standard invoice which has cost for only frame not for glasses. Nevertheless of efforts and countless emails gone into drain and now I'm in a position cannot proceed and file a claim without itemised bill.
Always receive a standard reply 'cannot provide itemised bill or this is a system generated invoice.'
Honestly excellent service.?
