Rude and not even aware if their eye checking system works or it's shut down. They should have been clear on the call about it. Wasted my time and money for nothing. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always been buying from this store,had a very bad experience recently it was Saturday afternoon,the store inside had around 12-15 people
If following covid protocols allowed only 4,we 2 people entered in they said to wait for 30 mins,my friend went outside to buy water,while he was returning they stopped him from getting inside saying only 4 persons are allowed inside.Seriously!!! You could have told us earlier we would have not wasted our time or visited store after sometime.
Can zoom in the pic and see yourself people crowding just at the entrance of the shop.Also stop sending sms to visit your store as I have already had great hospitality and service from your end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place 3 times in the past one week, extremely pathetic service. I entered the shop again today hoping that i will finally be able to place an order for my spectacles and i was told that they are doing some inventory work and it will take an hour to attend to me. My point is if you are doing inventory why is the shop still open?? This is not the level of service that I had expected from lenskart. Very disappointed!!

These guys just cud not get my specs right.
I had to give my specs twice to the shop since it gave a severe headache even though my power was accurately checked.
My eyes strained so much i had to get bith my specs to a another shop.
They took it once adjusted the curvature it seems, thats what they told. Even after that and even wearing for 3 days i felt so stressed that i had to remove my specs now n then.
Absolutely pathetic!!!
Though the shop staff is good , the rechnicians at lenskart are incompetent to say the least
