One of the worst store I have visited in my life. Staff is Arrogant and don't know how to work. They did mistake and after that they are saying it's our fault. I have ordered two specs. My mother's specs is not good and she is not able to see through the lenses so we decided to visit the store again and tell them the problem. But as we entered the store we discussed our problem but they are not even listening and they are blaming us that we have done mistake its pur fault lens power is upto the mark bla bla. I will post this review on Twitter as well. My query is not resolved yet. I have spend Rs 2800.

Had a horrible experience and the staff is not cordially at all. Went there to buy glasses but wanted to get the eye power checked as well. There are only 2 sales staff in the store, of which one is the optometrist. Waited for almost 40 mins before leaving. The guy was attending one customer the whole time. Asked the store manager, no response received.

Had visited last yr aswell , customer service was outstanding, very prompt ,went again today ,but the service personnel a bunch of them , were least interested to attend ,just busy talking about there own office internal talks .will not go back to this mg road store again !

Never ever go lenskart specially mgf metropolitan Mall Ggn.....staff are very very unprofessional they didn't support u .and if you think about exchange on that time they talk to u in other tone ...sir this can't happen,sir we can't return balance amount it's our policy.....

The collection here is decent and you will end up having more options for men then the counterparts. We had a great experience with the stuff who were helpful and nice to every customer visiting the store.

I think in the media lenskart has being created a big hype, but when you step in to a showroom you don't feel like that (sorry for the lengthy feedback) : 1. Pathetic showroom...don't want to use the word - Service. 2. If am right, around 10 to 15 people works there...however they are just standing in each corner of the shop and talking themselves. 3. No support for the customer checking for the glasses and when you ask them they give 1 or 2 frames and leave no where...really don't understand why ?!?! 4. Sometimes even with better technology, BRAND fails when you are not keeping the customer and customer services as focused. 5. Am not sure, only this showroom behaves like this or others too ?!? But this is my first lenskart showroom visit (then I visited titan showroom just beside, had better service and response...so took my glasses (though I spent little over money compared to lenskart, but am fine to spend to have better service) ~ Am going to write a feedback in LinkedIn as well by linking Peyush. Lets see how he reacts or acts. Thanks!

They claim to go very advance with the technology but fail to provide thr basic qualities and lens thickness. The customer service ia not good as well. It's just not value for money. They are very well trained in "UPSELLING"

I don't know about other branches. But here customer service was very poor. Except one staff, no other staffs explained anything properly when asked. In fact was showing attitude. A brand is always remembered for its quality and customer service. Quality part is taken care by the manufacturers and Lenskart company itself. But customer service given by the store workers is lagging very much (except one or two staffs who did good). Female staffs here don't even know the meaning of customer service. They were so rude on me. Even an illiterate will know to treat a human well. But I have to appreciate the staff named Deepak who really helped me very well and gave me proper information when asked. He was doing good job.
