★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is confused not aware of the brand policies. Especially salesperson, Aditya. I visited a Hyderabad, Lenskart store had a smooth purchase. Took my aging parents for the same experience of hassle-free eye care. But it was a complete waste of time at the Naktala Lenskart store in Kolkata. The salesperson continuously discussed among themselves and came back to us with different set of policies and prices. Beware of visiting them at your own risk. Poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager (Have tattoo on his hand) is behaving like a roadside vendor. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour, he is also misguiding every customers. Store close timing is updated here 7:00 pm, but he tell me that he have to close the store at 6:30 pm. Not recommended... Worst store manager ever seen in my life.
