★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenskart is the best when it comes to glasses and eye apparels. Now reviewing this particular store. My personal experience was amazing I got 2 glasses for my mom at once and I was attended personally and nicely, the staff working here is amazing and very friendly. Got my stuff delivered in 3 days which I think was pretty fast and I loved the after sales experience as well. Don't have any second thoughts go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenskart don't need any introduction but let me tell you the unprofessional behaviour of lenskart.
I ordered two pairs of chashma from lenskart & they promised me to deliver in 2-3 days but it's been a week and I haven't my order. So if you are in hurry for getting chashma, think twice before ordering from lenskart. The other things like price and quality is good along with the behaviour of staff members.

My spects were broken , i told them to help me and check my power they said to visit again after an hour and when i returned after an hour they said sorry no staff member is present to check and let me tell you i exactly came after an hour , visited it next day as it was urgent the staff boy was very rude he said he won't check as he already had rich customers and was talking very rudely on the third visit again they made random excuses and so on the fourth on the fifth visit they entertained other customers as they looked riched and told me to wait even after i told him that it was my 5th visit . Made me wait for 30 minutes and then checked my number also provide gave me the wrong power . WORST EXPERIENCE. Better visit another .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been looking to buy couple of spectacles for quite some time, did check lot of shop including some gud brands but either the price was out of budget or the quality of lens and frame. We visited lenskart yesterday and liked the collection esp with John Jacob. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable and helped through the process from testing the sight till purchasing it. He did explain all the things and questions pretty well.

Lens are in good condition (New) and I think I should be very happy to order from here again
And most important thing the behaviour of the staff . Very much Polite and helpful.
