But the lady in charge refunded all the amount without any delay.
Lenskart is amazing, worth commendable services online / on call/ on wsap
I am lenskart customer for 2 years may be now... Happy one..
But beware of paschim vihar staff..
Who try to engage u in stuff and make a huge billing amount.
Online purchase is best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst store experience ever. visited this outlet with my mother for her spec. waited for almost 15 mins for someone to attend us. asked them twice. 1 staff members were roaming idle. one lady staff was busy in chit chat.
finally i moved to nearby titan store and got what i required.
