★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service and worst experience with lenskart. I have ordered 2 glasses on 6th nov but till now only one glasses has received. And repeatedly getting the defective piece. Still they asking for another 7 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place , but need to keep more varieties. i returned twice from there for not having the preferred style. Collection should be increased. my other friends also preferring other specs unit over this for the same reason. so need improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of staff was fine..but they won't tell you the exact price..like cheating n when you are done with selecting and all , they would show a bill which you can't afford.. it's ridiculous that so much waste of time.. n there plan is just how to sale expensive ones.. with a fat bill..if you don't care about money..then go for it.. otherwise never ever visit this place.. the minimum they could have done, to tell truth from the beginning, not manipulating the customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad response of staff and understanding of products of staff is very limited , they say some price and makes bill something less , if u will go for exchange or of some problems withing 14 days of delivery , as per company policy they just give excuses and other nonsense excuses that can't do etc and done have time , can't do now as log of people are there bla bla , very bad .
