But I would like to mention that Mr. Durgesh was the most helpful out of all the staff members.
One of the staff members misplaced the frame that I selected, & he was the one to find it out for me.
Also, he kept me informed about my order at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of this branch of Lenskart for quite a few years now, but the marketing ethics and professionalism of staff has taken a severe hit. Despite having a pair of glasses chosen and kept aside, the staff somehow found it acceptable to give away them to another customer, taking it right out of my hand and without informing that it was the last piece in stock. I would caution everyone to be wary of such tactics as the sole objective in this branch seems to be selling as many products as possible without any regard for customer service. Needless to say I would steer away from this location and take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, Lenskart takes a note of this and spends some time and resources in re-training the employees of this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 specs from lenskart by online. I have been recieved bad quality products. Tottally dirty fittings also customer care relationship teams tottaly making drama after the order.
I did 1 star rating in to the lenskart application. Actually it might not be able to do the status in their application. Because they will be update 4 or 5 rating only otherwise they cannot accept there. That will not update. So tottally cheating. Dont trust anyone. I have emailed also send message threw whatsapp but no ones responding.
Service part bad bad bad.
