★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had buyed a pair from lenskart in which I buyed a power sunglasses as well but anhow those power sunglasses was not upto the mark and I changed those glasses from the amritsar but later on I came to know that i was not eligible to change the power sunglasses as they gave the store credit but they claim that I has used it but for the record I haven't purchased that sunglasses on my membership it was the creativity idea of the personel who was attending me rather giving me the solution they just refuse to change my power sunglasses and rather they the ticket us closed so I might take the opinion of you people is it worth to waste 1700 rs on this company as they have no athics for the purchaser who is buying from them. I have wrote multiple mails to this company and always I get ticjetvos closed. Execuse me the owners I have spent 3600bon this order and your treating is more pathetic than any other company. I prefer to buy local. As, this company is worthless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good showroom for buying eyewear..spacious place..the staff is good..helpful & courteous..the range for selection is quite good..the order is sent online to head office and is delivered at home or can be collected from store.You can also get your refraction done here..the prices are very competitive. .especially for club members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenskart is good place to get yourself a new frame, they have wide variety of frames. And the eye testing experience is also good. But i have found them a little bit pricey. I feel they keep the prices of frames and eyeglass lense high to promote their lenskart gold membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing the 4 star rating we went to lenskart. We needed help for 2 services. We had to replace frame in one of the specs for which the male staff was very arrogant and told us they won't replace frame alone they will only give both lens and frame together. We didn't like but we were almost agreeing to it but then we had one more frame which had a loose screw which even we can tight at home but thought of taking their professional help for which they told they won't do it. We might have to replace the frame. This was the limit. I have acquired the same service from lenskart trivandrum. Staff was ignorant and arrogant.
We left lenskart and went to titan eye plus.
We selected a new frame for first specs for 2k
They have tighted the screw without charges
They have cleaned our third spec also without any charge and gave back
Finally after leaving titan eye plus I wondered how come lenskart got 4 star rating. I would be soon posting this issue in LinkedIn also tagging their ceo. Either you guys don't do specs business or please have the skill to do service atleast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality lenses being used. My power was Zero and used zero power blue cut lenses supplied by lenskart. After 3 months I got cylindrical power & sort of color blindness. Eye specialist recommend not to wear bluecut glass of this co.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent outlet of LK in Sector 20 market. Almost at par with other outlets, but staff's behavior could be made better. Located right within the market, one can easily park their vehicle outside the store and chose from LK's wide variety of eye wear.
