★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst-ever Lenskart experience I had was at this one. Extremely unfriendly staff, who don't even bother to listen to customers. They have their own priorities, even when a customer aged more than 90 years is brought to their store for the checkup. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I visited lenskart vaishali branch store and I met their store manager mr. akash a very helpful and nice guy he was damm good and other staffs were also very kind towards their customers.I will definitely recommend my other friends to visit that store only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly staff, who don't even bother to listen to customers. An incident happened when I visited Lenskart with my dad aged 50 plus I gone firstly noone was interested in showing up the frames and then finally we choosed one and went for eye number check the staff was highly arrogant and taunting us . The staff guy in the store is defending the girl the coworkers and misbehaving with the customer felt like their priority is not customer but their co workers.
Worst experience ever would like to visit Lenskart store .

My buying experience has been smooth and hassle free.

So, I visited the vaishali store and Akash, the store manager really helped me out with the options. The customer service is good. Would recommend to visit this store instead of buying it online.
