They never will try to keep you updated for delays and issues related to your order. I went to buy spectacles for which I made an online payment. The expected delivery date passed and I had to call them to ask about my order. They said there had been a payment issue which they said will be resolved within some days. They never contacted me for 3-4 days after that and I had to again call and ask and they said it would take another week. I had to cancel my order with them.
