★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to the outlet for an eye check up, a new pair of specs and for repairing of my broken existing spectacles. The gentleman explained all the reasons why they could not make an urgent repairing ( explained the 'company' had a TAT :-) )
Not only he did not bother to ask if I needed new specs after the conversation, I felt as if I was talking to the top eye surgeon in the country who charged by minutes ( I did mention that I needed a new one). One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. Pay a bit more attention to this rather than on your commercials.
Just so you know, the optical shop at a stone's throw distance, I got a good deal and a much better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a repair in my Ray-Ban sunglasses although it was not purchased from there, they repaired without any charges that's was so helpful so I end up buying one sunglasses ?. Staff is very humble, cooperative. Prices are very good as compared to market. I am so very impressed by the lenskart service.
